Therapy

Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional well-being. As a licensed clinician, I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy explores deeper emotional patterns, healing, and psychological processes.

Coaching

Coaching focuses on personal and professional growth. Coaching sessions are goal-oriented and designed to help clients develop strategies, mindset shifts, and clarity around areas such as career transitions, entrepreneurship, financial mindset, and sustainable success.

Coaching is available to clients nationwide.
